“Thola Umgwaqo Wakho” is an isiZulu phrase that means “Find Your Path.”
The TUW™ Coaching Programme is a faith-based personal development journey designed to help individuals discover their God-given gifts, talents, and purpose.
Rooted in biblical principles and guided by coaching methodology, TUW™ empowers participants to align their lives with God’s plan — unlocking what we call “the economy of God within you.”
Our foundation rests on the Word of God, drawing from:
Exodus 31:1–6 – Recognizing the Spirit of God at work in your creativity.
2 Corinthians 4:7 – Embracing the treasure placed within you.
Proverbs 18:16 – Understanding that your gift makes room for you.
The TUW methodology uses coaching as a tool for reflection and action.
Rather than giving answers, our coaches guide participants through prayer, dialogue, and practical exercises — helping them uncover insights and take steps toward their calling.
Sessions are conducted online or via WhatsApp, making the journey accessible, personal, and transformational.
